  • Shipping Charges: ₹70/kg (calculated at checkout).
  • No Free Shipping: All orders are subject to applicable shipping fees.

Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
  • Potential Delays: Rajesh Book Store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by logistics providers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive an SMS/email with tracking details upon shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within India.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in non-delivery, and we are not responsible for such cases.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligible for Return & Refund:

  • Damaged books (physical damage, torn pages, misprints, binding issues).
  • Incorrect products (wrong book title or edition received).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Books that have been used, marked, written in, or damaged after delivery.
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Customers must provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Orders cannot be canceled after shipping.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days.
